We offer fully comprehensive design packages that are stress-free and affordable. Our process is structured to include clear visualizations, material selections, and expert guidance, so clients can easily finish polished, cohesive spaces.

PHASE NO.1 | Consultation

  • 30-60 min zoom call

  • Here’s where clients share theie vision. Before this meeting, we’ll need the overall SQ FT of space + a brief description of project.

  • Always available upon request.

PHASE NO.2 | mood boards

  • Mood boards are delivered in 3-7 days from the initial consultation, depending upon the size of the project.

  • Visual collection of images, materials, textures, colors, etc., that represent the intended look, feel, and style. This serve as a starting point for the design direction.

  • 1 revision included.

    Additional revisions available upon request.

PHASE NO.3 | 2D + 3D PLANS

  • Following approval of the mood boards, the 2D planning phase commences. This process takes about a week.

  • 2D: A flat, two-dimensional layout + elevations

    3D: A three-dimensional representations of the space. This helps to visualize how the final product or space will look.

  • 1 revision included

    Additional revisions available upon request.

PHASE NO.4 | purchase links

  • After approval of the 3D planning, links will be received within one week of final 2D and 3D approval.

  • A detailed list of specific furnishings, fixtures, or materials needed for the project based on the approved 2D + 3D plans. Includes relevant details such as product names, dimensions, quantities, finishes, price, links and any other specifications.

  • Revisions available upon request. Price dependent upon the extent of revisions requested.

PRICING:

Two pricing options are available— one for 2D drawings and another for 3D renderings. 2D drawing services include floor plans, elevations, and detailed material representations, ensuring clear communication with contractors. 3D rendering services provide realistic, architecturally accurate models, offering a clear vision of the final space before construction begins.
